ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
All orders are processed from our warehouse in India, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 1 PM IST are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day
- Please allow 1–2 working days for order preparation and dispatch
During sale or promotional periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
- Please inspect your package at the time of delivery
- If the package appears tampered with, we recommend refusing delivery
- We advise recording an unboxing video as proof in case of discrepancies
- If a delivery attempt is missed, up to 2 reattempts will be made
- Never share your OTP with delivery personnel unless you have received your order
