Online Orders

Any orders that are purchased with an express service will automatically be fast-tracked and packed as a priority.

Due to order constraints, we are unable to accommodate a fast-track request during sale and promotional periods.

Due to the high volume of orders that we are processing, unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order.

All Toggle jewellery comes in our signature butter yellow box, a story and care card. Which will then be packed in our signature paper into a shipping box. At Toggle, we believe in sustainability and conservation, therefore, to prevent unnecessary wastage, the number of boxes are provided according to the size of the individual order.

We suggest that you store your jewels in our gift boxes along with the anti tarnish tabs provided for long-term. Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We are currently in the process of providing premium gift wrapping services as an option at an additional cost very soon.

You can request a gift receipt during checkout. 

When the gift receipt option is selected, your order will be packed with a gift receipt instead of an invoice. 

Unlike an invoice, a gift receipt does not include any pricing information, however, it can be used as proof of purchase if the receiver wishes to return an order in line with our return policy.

If you have a discount code and would like to use it when placing your order, please follow the instructions below:

Desktop

Please type the discount code into“Gift card or discount codebox on the first page of the checkout. Then click “Apply”.

Mobile & Tablet

Please click“Show order summary +”,then type the discount code into“Gift card or discount codebox on the first page of the checkout. Then click the ➡️  button to apply.

Be sure to check that your discount code has been applied before completing your order. If your code is not correctly applied at this stage, we cannot apply the discount later or credit you and you will be charged the full price for your order.

To sign up to our newsletter simply head to our home page and scroll down, in the bottom left-hand corner you will see a section where you can enter your details and finalise the signup.

If your promo code won’t apply or you receive an error message, please check whether the following applies to you:

  • You’ve already used the code. Most discount codes can be used once only, so if you or someone else has ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again. 
  • The items aren’t eligible. Be sure to check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping cart aren’t excluded from the promotion.

    Some common exclusions are sale items, gift cards and vouchers, and gift wrapping.
  • The code has been entered incorrectly. Our discount codes are case-sensitive, so be sure to enter them exactly as they are written.
  • The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the discount code, most discount codes expire after a set period. 

If you still have issues after checking the above, we encourage you to contact our online Customer Care Department with a screenshot of your discount code with the items in your cart and we will investigate it further for you.

Items purchased using a discount or promotional code are not eligible for a refund.

Any items which are final sale will be mentioned at check out prior to purchase.  All sale items purchased during sale periods are final sale. Please check over your order carefully prior to finalising your cart.

We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items that have been marked down unless the product is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund. Our. products come with a consumer guarantee that ensures our products are sold without faults and are the same as described online.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–4 working days for metro cities
  • 4–7 working days for other locations

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation outlining your order details, delivery details and your consignment number which you can use to track your order.

This information will be sent to the email you used to place the order originally. If you have any issues, we encourage you to contact our online Customer Care Department.

As of now we only ship domestically.

In most cases, your parcel has been delivered and signed for by another person.

Please check with your neighbours, office, reception area or immediate family before contacting our Customer Care Department.

Care

To ensure that your jewels last as long as possible, we recommend you follow the below care information:

  • Moisture: Exposure to water and moisture such as showering, hand washing and swimming can cause jewels to tarnish.
  • Exercise: Delicate jewellery can break during exercise or vigorous activity.
  • Cosmetics: Contact with perfume and cosmetic products can damage gold-plated and sterling silver jewellery.
  • Anti-tarnish: Keep our anti-tarnishing tabs with jewels to protect against moisture during storage.
  • Storage: We suggest that you do not store your jewels in our gift boxes long term. Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Cleaning: Only clean your jewels using a soft polishing cloth.
  • Plating: With all plated jewellery over time the top metal will wear away. Therefore, plated pieces may need to be re-plated every few years.

Tarnishing is a natural process that can sometimes cause the metal of your jewellery to discolour or oxidise quickly. Some ways we can avoid this from occurring are:

  • Utilise the anti-tarnishing tabs that you have received within your order and store your jewellery in a clean, dry place. This can be a jewellery box with soft lining which will minimise scratches and exposure to other elements.
  • Avoid wearing your fine jewellery in chlorinated pools.
  • If your jewellery contains any natural gems take extra care to avoid any harsh cleaning products on the stones. Only use a mild detergent or soap and water. Avoid using polishing cloths directly on the gems.
  • When wearing your jewellery, take care to minimise exposure to any make-up, hairspray, perfumes and lotions. Especially sunscreen and products with chemicals.
  • Don’t wear your jewellery when sleeping, exercising, showering or intense physical activity. Even the PH levels in your sweat can cause a reaction with your jewellery, and you’ll also reduce the chance of accidental breakage.

It is within the nature of gold-plated jewellery to occasionally tarnish. Some perspiration and body oils can be more acidic than others, which can sometimes cause the metal of your jewellery to discolour or oxidise quickly. To avoid this process occurring, we recommend taking your jewellery off while sleeping, exercising, showering, and swimming.

We do not recommend exposing your jewellery to water for multiple reasons. Not only can the water erode and damage the plating of your piece but by design our jewellery is still quite fine and delicate, it will break if force is applied. Crystals, in particular, will dull if exposed to chlorine or salt water.

Also, it is within the nature of gold-plated jewellery to occasionally tarnish. This can be a reaction to skin acidity, humidity, water, being under direct sunlight for long periods of time, perfume or being in contact with cosmetics.

Any solid gold jewellery should be able to withstand the elements, however, by design these are still fine pieces and can break if caught in your swimmers or your hair when doing either of these activities.

Toggle pieces that are damaged as a result of incorrect wear are not covered under our warranty.

We do not recommend exercising in your jewellery for multiple reasons. Not only can sweat damage the plating of your piece (sterling silver or vermeil) but by design our jewellery is still quite fine and delicate, it will break if force is applied. Also, it is within the nature of gold-plated jewellery to occasionally tarnish. This can be a reaction to skin acidity, humidity, water, being under direct sunlight for long periods of time, perfume or being in contact with cosmetics.

Warranty

Yes. All Toggle pieces come with a limited warranty of 6 months.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Structural issues not caused by wear or misuse

 The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, fading, or plating wear over time
  • Damage caused by water, perfumes, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage or misuse

Warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Once approved, we may:

  • Repair the piece
  • Replace it
  • Offer store credit (depending on the case)

Not mandatory, but having your invoice or order confirmation helps speed up the process.

No. Slight fading or changes in finish can occur over time and are considered natural wear.

Warranty claims are usually processed within 5–10 working days after approval.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. You can return your order for store credit within 3 days of delivery.

No. We do not offer refunds.

You can choose between store credit or exchange.

Yes. Exchanges are available within 5 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Must pass our quality check

Yes. A ₹200 service fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

(This includes pickup and re-delivery.)

Visit our return portal, enter your order details, and follow the steps.

Once requested, we’ll arrange a pickup.

After pickup and approval:

  • Store credit is issued within a few days
  • Exchanges are delivered within 5–10 working days

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Items that fail quality check
  • Requests made outside the return window

Store credit can be used on your next purchase and is valid for 6 months.

It can be applied at checkout.

Orders are processed quickly.

Once packed, they cannot be cancelled.
