RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges and store credit on eligible purchases.

We do not offer refunds.

 

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Visit our Return/Exchange portal
  2. Enter your order ID and contact number.
  3. Choose the items you wish to return.
  4. Pay a 150 service fee
  5. We will schedule a pickup from your location and complete a quick quality check.
  • Returns: Store credit will be issued
  • Exchanges: Your new piece is shipped once the original clears quality check

 

SERVICE FEE

A flat 150 fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

This covers handling, quality checks, and repacking to ensure every piece meets our standards.

 

ELIGIBILITY 

You can request:

  • Returns within 3 days of delivery
  • Exchanges within 5 days of delivery

Products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging with tags and invoice
  • Approved after quality check

Tip: Record a quick video while packing the return — it helps avoid any disputes.

 

NOT ELIGIBLE

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Orders placed using store credit
  • Requests made outside the return portal
  • Items that fail quality check

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly.

Once packed, they cannot be cancelled.

 

EXCHANGE TIMELINES

Once approved, exchanged items are delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • No refunds — only exchange or store credit
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months
  • Store credit and discount codes cannot be combined
  • Only one offer can be applied per order
  • Toggle reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria
